Some expenses will be reimbursed, but you’ll need to pay them upfront. This can be done with your company credit card or by filling in an expense claim form after conference. 

Covered expenses are car parking at your local airport, as well as the Wednesday night dinner, and taxis that aren't organised by Radius - such as the one back to the airport on Friday. ​

Wednesday night you are free to organise your own dinner. Please make your dinner reservations ahead of time as Queenstown is a popular holiday destination for many.

Feel free to enjoy dinner at the Wakatipu Bar & Grill at the Hilton.

Airport transfers:

• Taxis and shuttles will be available at Queenstown Airport to take you directly to the Hilton Resort & Spa.

• On Friday, you will need to book an Uber or taxi to return to the Hilton, collect your luggage, and then head to the airport in time for your flight.

Conference events: Transport is arranged—simply hop on the group shuttles and enjoy the ride.

Wednesday night dinner: If you're going out for dinner, please arrange your transport to your chosen restaurant.

Upon arrival, check-in at the front desk and leave your luggage with the hotel. A credit card will be required for incidentals, and you will receive a text when your room is ready - which will be closer to 3 pm.

Check-out by 11 am on Friday. If you have time before your flight, you can store your luggage at the Hilton and explore Queenstown. Just be sure to collect your bags before heading to the airport and don't forget to arrange your own transport. 

We’ll be using a Teams channel throughout the conference to share live updates, reminders, and access to the agenda. Make sure you have the Microsoft Teams app on your phone so you don’t miss a thing.
